Hollywood VFD Responds To MVA Involving A Commercial Vehicle

Past Chief Charles Miedzinski (CP), March 27

At approximately 0615 hours Saturday, 27 March 2021, Station 7 was dispatched to the 24100 block of Three Notch Road in Hollywood for a Collision involving a Commercial Vehicle. Rescue Squad 7, Engine 72, and Chief 7B (Rector) responded with 10 Volunteers on the run. Units arrived on the scene to find a semi-truck into a tree. Just prior to 1400 hours Thursday, 25 March 2021, Station 7 was dispatched to the Blackstone Marina on Marina Way in Hollywood for the reported Boat on Fire at the Marina. Engine 73, Tanker 74, Truck 7, and Chief 7 (Brady) responded on the Box with 12 Volunteers shortly after dispatch. At approximately 2030 hours Tuesday 16 March 2021, Rescue Squad 7 was alerted for a Motor Vehicle Accident with reports of people trapped at the intersection of Three Notch Road and By the Mill Road. Rescue Squad 7, Chief 7 (Brady) and Chief 7A (Rogers) responded with 11 Volunteers.
