HVFD Last Look Outfitters Bow Fishing Charter Raffle

(1) Winner will receive a (5) Hour Bow Fishing Charter for up to (4) People with Last Look Outfitters which includes Mate's Tip and Fish Cleaning. Trip date and time will be worked out with Last Look Outfitters.  Tickets $11ea and only 250 Sold. If you buy multiple tickets the cost goes down per ticket! Check it out below! Once all tickets are sold, we will make an announcement and the drawing will be done Live on the HVFD Facebook Page.

All winning players of any weekly raffles are responsible for any and all taxes. Any winnings of $1,500 or more will require the winner to fill out IRS Form W-9 (Name, Address, and SSN). Once the W-9 is filled out, received by the Hollywood Vol. Fire Department Treasurer, and verified the winner will receive the winning prize. A IRS Form W-2G will be issued by the Hollywood Vol. Fire Department at the end of the calendar year.

Any winnings of $5,000.00 or more will require the HVFD to withhold federal taxes. If the winner is unable or unwilling to provide the W-9 information within 30 days, the Jackpot or prize will become the property of Hollywood Vol. Fire Department.
