Engine 73 established a Landing Zone for Trooper 7 at the Firehouse and stood by for the transport unit to arrive. Ambulance 799 arrived on location and took over patient care and transported the patient to the Landing Zone.

Trooper 7 transported the patient to MedStar at Washington Hospital Center as a Priority 2 Category "A" Patient. Ambulance 388 obtained two signed refusals and the Command was terminated.
