FREE FIREWORKS Display at Dusk - Car, Truck, and Bike Show during the day with Live Band at 7pm JULY 04 - The Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department wants to invite you to their Car, Truck, and Bike Show with Live Band and FIREWORKS at Dusk. There is a $3 admissions fee until 5pm during the Car, Truck, and Bike Show. After 5pm admissions is FREE to enjoy the Live Band, Games, and FIREWORKS. New Pierce Arrox XT arrives at the Station

New Engine Arrives at Station JULY 02 - Today the New Engine arrived at the Station for members to see. The new Engine is a 2009 Pierce Arrow XT with a 1250 GPM Hale Q-Max pump and a 750 gallon water tank with a 30 gallon foam cell. The Engine is equipped with LED warning lights, Roto Ray, Mars Lights, and a Power Call Siren. This unit has 6 pre-connected hand lines and 1,500 ft of 4 in. supply line. HVFD completes Final Inspection JUNE 25 - Doug Insley, Calvin Joy, Billy Hill, and Dennis Brady traveled to Appleton on Monday to complete the Final Inspection on our 2009 Arrow XT pumper and also complete a mid point inspection on the 100' Pierce Heavy Duty Tiller. Ladder Truck Progress continues JUNE 21 - Ladder Truck construction continues. Here are some of the latest photos of the unit under construction. Members of HVFD are going to the manufacturing facility on Monday 6-22 to complete the final inspection of the Pumper and complete an in-process inspection of the Truck. Pumper Tanker Runs Working Fire in Valley Lee JUNE 21 - On June 19 at 1349 hours Company's 6, 3, 9, EMS Station 6, and the Water Supply Unit were dispatched to 44505 Blake Creek Road for the reported working house fire, fire in the walls. As units were responding in, Engine 61 under the direction of Capt. Bean arrived on the scene with a working fire in a 2 story single family dwelling at 1357 hours.
