At 1944 hrs, Hollywood Volunteers were alerted to Three Notch Rd in the area of Shady Mile Dr for a reported serious auto accident with a subject trapped and the vehicle on fire. Shorty after dispatch Squad 7 responded with 5 personnel. Safety 3 arrived on scene confirming heavy entrapment with no fire. Crews from Bay District Company 9, Bay District Company 3, and Hollywood went to work extricating the patient. An extensive extrication took place to remove the patient. At 1958 hrs, extrication was reported complete by command. Trooper 7 transported the patient to Baltimore Shock Trauma with reported serious injuries. Squad 7 cleared the run at 2025 hrs.
