At 0212 hours Company 9, Rescue Squad 7, EMS Station 79, 39, and the Medic Unit were alerted to 44900 St. Andrews Church Road for the Motor Vehicle Accident with one subject trapped. Squad 7 responded with the Deputy Chief and arrived on location at 0216 hours. The subject was pinned under the car that was overturned in the ditch. Rescue Squad 7 utilized the Hurst Air Bag system along with the front winch of the squad to quickly extricated the subject and transferred the subject to EMS care. Squad 7 remained on the scene for a few more minutes before returning to service. Chief 3 held the command.
