By Firefighter Ernest Rogers
January 19, 2008

At 1256 hours Units from Company 7, 1, 9, 3, 79, 19, and Hazmat 18 were alerted to the Hole in the Wall Bar located at 24702 Sotterley Road in Hollywood, for the vehicle into a structure with a gas leak. Chief 7A arrived on location moments after dispatch advising one vehicle into the structure with no gas leak and holding Company 7, and 79 units only. Engine 73 and Squad 7 (Chief 7B) responded and arrived on location securing the above ground fuel tank which had been struck as well. Units from 7 waited until the arrival of a safety rep from Burch Oil and returned to service a short time later. At 1339 hours all units from Hollywood had returned home.
