At 1928 hours Company 7, EMS Station's 79, and 19 were alerted to 42365 Riva Ridge Dr. in Hollywood for the Motor Vehicle Accident with Entrapment. Chief 79A arrived on location minutes later with one in a embankment. Squad 7 responded along with Engine 72 and arrived on the scene moments later. Squad 7 along with Engine 72's crew popped the door of the vehicle in the embankment. The crew from Ambulance 797 transported one priority two patient to SMH, as other units on the scene handled two signed refusals. Squad 7 and the Engine returned to service and arrived back in quarters at 2000 hours.
