At 0820 hours Company 7, EMS Station 79, and 19 were alerted to the Intersection of Three Notch Road and St. Johns Road, for the Personal Injury Accident. After the arrival of Ambulance from Company 83 and 39, the patients were packaged and transported. The Squad and Engine who was on the scene assisting returned to service.

At that time Rescue Box 7-03 alerted Company 7, EMS Station 79, and 29 for the Motor Vehicle Accident at the intersection of Three Notch Road and North Sandgates. Chief 7 went en route along with Squad 7 and arrived on the scene minutes later. Chief 7 advised communication he would assume the command and said there would be a subject trapped in one of the vehicles. At 1611 hours the extrication was complete and Ambulance 296 responded to the LZ were Engine 72 was standing by. At 1623 command was terminated and units returned to quarters.
