| The Volunteers of the Hollywood Volunteer Fire Department have been making their way around the first due area the past 3 weekends to spread some Holiday cheer! Many of you may have seen, or heard us out in about on Saturday and Sunday Nights, but it was for a much different cause than what we normally do! A few years ago we decided to try out the "Santa Runs" in our community. This is our 3rd year doing this and the response from you guys in the community is great! It's nice to see everyone's reaction, young and old, when we pull up with Old St. Nick aboard our rigs!
If you missed Santa during the past 3 weeks, have no fear!! We will be finishing up the area next weekend. See the link above intitled "Santa is Coming to Hollywood..... click here to see his travel plans" to find out more information on where we will be next weekend!
On behalf of the Hollywood Volunteers, Happy Holidays to you and yours! |
