On our regular Tuesday night drill, the Engine Captain (Brady) decided to have hose races for drill. Volunteers teamed up in groups of two pulling the 200ft 1 3/4 attack line 200ft. The team pulling it to the cones first, moved on to the next round. The overall winners were Firefighter Jay West and Firefighter Gary (Bigg Weav) Weaver, and they were challenged by Squad Capt. Riley and Engine Capt. Brady to a final race. A good effort by the probies but they could not beat the fresh Captain's! A good time was had by all!
