At 1620 hours Station 7 was dispatched to Three Notch Rd and North Sandgates Rd in Oakville for a Motor Vehicle Accident with a possible priority one patient. Rescue Squad 7 and Engine 73 responded with a total of 10 volunteers. Chief 7A(Pilkerton) arrived on the scene with the Squad at 1625 hours and advised there were two vehicles in the roadway and one person was trapped. Engine 73 arrived on the scene at 1628 hours and the two companies went to work to free the trapped driver. The patient was removed from the vehicle and transported by Paramedic Ambulance 296 to the Landing Zone. Engine 74 handled the Landing Zone for Trooper 7 and the patient was transported to PG Shock Trauma. All units cleared the scene at 1701 hours.
