At 0814 Fire Station 7 was alerted for an mvc at the intersection of Three Notch and Hollywood Road. Chief 7B arrived on the scene right after the dispatch and advised there was one trapped. Rescue Squad 7 and Engine 72 arrived with a total of eight and went to work quickly to extricate the one pinned. The Squad crew had the door popped within minutes so that EMS personnel on the scene could check out the patient. The patient was transported to St. Mary's Hospital by Amb. 388. Chief 7B (Hammett) held command while Captian Hill held operations. Units cleared at 0907hrs.
