What are your hobbies and/or interests outside of the department? |
When I'm not working you can find me spending time with my family, hanging out with wife Kristen, son Camden and daughter Laci. I also enjoy watching Baseball, College Football(Go DAWGS), and some UFC with the guys at work. |
|
Why did you join the department? |
My Dad and Uncle were in the Fire Department and thats what I grew up around. |
|
What is your most memorable incident? |
My most memorable incident would have to be Solomons Landing Fire on November 16, 1998. Dale Sr. Driving, Doug Insley OIC, CJ and Myslef in the Buckets of Engine 74 (old Seagrave). I remember standing up (even though you were not supposed to) in the bucket coming over the Bridge with lights and siren and seeing down into the building with heavy fire showing. Climbing ladders to the second floor and kicking in doors putting fire out. There was enough fire there for everyone. Needless to say the Building burned down, had a little head start on us. |
