| At 0920 hours Engine 7 and Rescue Squad 7 were dispatched Mutual Aid to Calvert County at 13640 Hamit Road for the House Fire. Engine 73, Rescue Squad 7, and Chief 7B responded with 10 Volunteers.
Units from Solomons Fire arrived on location reporting a 1 story single family home with fire showing from the eves. Engine 73 arrived on location and positioned at a secondary hydrant while the crew reported to the scene. Chief 7B was assigned the Division 1 supervisor and the crews from Hollywood reported into the structure and started opening up. The crew performed a primary search along with securing the power to the structure. The fire was placed under control a short time later and the assignment was scaled back to the units from Solomons and St. Leonard.
The units from Station 7 returned to quarters at 1112 hours.
