At 0912 hours Station 7, EMS Station 79, and EMS Station 19 were dispatched to the intersection of Three Notch Road and Jones Wharf Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Rescue Squad 7, Engine 72, and Chief 7B responded shortly after dispatch with 8 Volunteers.

Chief 7B was first to arrive, correcting the location of Three Notch Road at White Marsh Lane with two separate accidents, one Northbound and one Southbound. Rescue Squad 7 arrived and the crew worked on stabilizing the vehicles involved and checking for injuries. The accident in the Northbound lanes had one injury and a door removal was needed. The accident in the Southbound lanes also had one injury that needed transported. Engine 72 arrived and was utilized as a blocking unit while crews operated in the roadway.

Ambulance 197 and Ambulance 387 both transported one priority 3 patient to MedStar at St. Mary's Hospital. The units from Station 7 cleared the scene and returned to quarters at 0937 hours. Chief 7B held the "Hollywood" Command.
