At 0539 hours Station 7, EMS Station 79, and EMS Station 19 were dispatched to 24920 Three Notch Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident involving a Structure. Rescue Squad 7, Engine 72, Chief 7, and Chief 7A responded with 12 Volunteers.

Units arrived on location shortly after dispatch to find a single vehicle into a 2 story single family home. Crews investigated and found moderate damage to the front of the house and 1 patient to be evaluated by EMS. The EMS crew started evaluating the patient while the crew of Rescue Squad 7 and Engine 72 started investigating the structure. The crews forced entry into the House to check for any occupants and to secure the power. The power was also secured to the vehicle and the stability of the structure was determined. The Structure was deemed stable and the assignment was scaled back to Rescue Squad 7 only.

Ambulance 798 transported one patient priority 3 to MedStar St. Mary's and Rescue Squad 7 remained on the scene until the vehicle was removed from the Structure. Rescue Squad 7 cleared the scene at 0629 hours and responded to a Medical Local in the first due.
