At 1517 hours Station 1 and Station 7 were alerted for an Appliance Fire at 40754 Lake and Breton View Dr. in Breton Bay. Engine 74 and Chief 7B responded on the call with 7 Volunteers.

First arriving units found a one story single family house with smoke showing from the front door. Engine 74 arrived on the scene, securing Engine 11's water supply, and the crew proceeding to the scene to back up the first Engine. Crews found fire in a dryer with smoke throughout the house. Member of Hollywood assisted with opening up and checking for extension. Chief 7B was assigned the "Interior" Supervisor and the assignment was held with unit on the scene.

Chief 1B held the Command and the Units from Station 7 returned to quarters at 1624 hours.
