At 1023 hours Rescue Squad 7 was dispatched Mutual Aid to Calvert County for a Motor Vehicle Accident with one person trapped. Rescue Squad 7 and Chief 7B responded with 8 Volunteers.

Solomons Ambulance arrived on location and confirmed one person trapped and a total of 3 patients. Rescue Squad 7 and Chief 7B arrived on location with the Rescue Squad crew going to work stabilizing the vehicle and preparing for extrication. Chief 7B established the Command and the patient was extricated in less than 5 minutes utilizing the HURST Rescue Tools. Once patient was transported to the hospital and 2 signed refusals were obtained.

Rescue Squad 7 and Chief 7B cleared the scene and returned to quarters at 1101 hours.
