At 0838 hours Station 2, Rescue Squad 7, EMS Station 29, EMS Station 79, and St. Mary's ALS were dispatched to the area of 27350 Three Notch Road in Oraville for a Motor Vehicle Accident with one trapped. Rescue Squad 7 responded shortly after dispatch with 5 Volunteers.

Rescue Squad 2 was first to arrive finding a 2 vehicle collision with one person trapped and establishing the Command. Rescue Squad 7 arrived shortly after and the crew assisted with the extrication utilizing the HURST Rescue Tools from Rescue Squad 2. The patient was extricated within minutes and turned over to EMS personnel for transport.

Ambulance 298 transported one patient to Medstar St. Mary's Hospital and all other units cleared the scene. Rescue Squad 7 returned to service and handled another service call in Station 2 first due before returning to quarters at 0924 hours.
