At 0537 hours Station 9, Station 7, and Station 3 were alerted Mutual Aid to Calvert County at 11443 Rawhide Road for the House Fire. Engine 73, Engine 74, and Chief 7 responded shortly after dispatch with 6 Volunteers along with Engine 91 and Engine 33.

Units from Solomons Station 3 arrived on location finding a 1 story single family home with fire showing from all sides. Chief 3 established Command and advised all units responding that this would be a defensive operation. Calvert then alerted the working fire dispatch adding St. Mary's Station 1 for the Engine and Rescue Squad to the call. Units from St. Mary's arrived on location and assisted with fire attack and overhaul. The crew from Station 7 advanced an attack line from Engine 91 and assisted units on side A of the structure with fire attack.

The units from Station 7 remained on the scene for over an hour and a half before returning to quarters at 0746 hours.
