House Fire in Helen *Video Added*

At 1036 hours Station 2, Station 1, Charles Station 2, Station 7, EMS Station 29, and EMS Station 19 were dispatched to 38720 Foley Mattingly Road for the House Fire. Water Supply Officer 5 was first to arrive finding a 2 story single family with smoke showing. Engine 73, Truck 7, and Chief 7B responded on the assignment with 6 volunteers. Engine 23 and Chief 22B were next arriving finding the same and stretched a line to the structure for fire attack. Chief 22B established the Command on side A of the structure assigning Engine 23 Officer to Division 1 Supervisor. Truck 7 arrived and took position on Side A with the outside team throwing ladders and opening up and the interior team assisting the Engine Company operating on the second floor. Crews found fire in the walls on the first and second floor and extinguished the same. Units remained on the scene for 2 hours assisting with overhaul. Units from Station 7 returned to quarters at 1300 hours.
