Congratulations to Charter Member and Past President Elwood Joy who was honored by the State and County for Celebrating his 90th birthday this past weekend. Mr. Joy is still one of our active administrative members who constantly provides his knowledge and experience with the fundraising and budget committees. He was presented these awards from his son, Past Fire Chief of the Second District VFD & RS (Gary Joy). Congratulations Mr. Joy and THANK YOU for your service.
