At approximately 1045 hours Wednesday, 19 May2021, Truck 7 and Engine 7 were dispatched to the 20400 block of Bowles Road for the Barn fire. Truck 7 and Engine 74 responded shortly after dispatch with 8 Volunteers. First arriving units from Station 5 arrived to find a 30 x 50 Barn that was well involved. Truck 7 arrived on the scene and the crew reported to the fire ground to assist with overhaul. Engine 74 arrived and staged. The fire was placed under control a short time later holding the Units from Station 5, 1, 2, and Truck 7. Truck 7 operated for a short time before returning to service. The units from Station 7 returned to quarters at 1203 hours. Chief 5A (Hayden) held the Colton's Point Command.
