At approximately 1413 hours Saturday, 1 May 2021, Station 7 was dispatched to the 25400 block of Three Notch Road in Hillville for a motor vehicle accident with a single vehicle overturned and in the water. Rescue Squad 7, Engine 72, Utility 7, Raft 7, Chief 7A (Rogers) and Chief 7B (Rector) responded with 14 Volunteers on the incident. Units arrived to find a single vehicle that rolled over, ending upright in a lake. The single occupant had self extricated prior to the fire departments arrival. The crew of Rescue Squad 7 checked in and around the vehicle for any additional occupants while also securing the vehicle. The occupant was deemed to be a trauma patient and MSP Aviation was alerted for the fly out. Engine 72 handled the landing zone for Trooper 7. The patient was transported to PG Trauma Center and the scene was turned over to MSP. The Units from Station 7 returned to quarters at 1500 hours. Chief 7B (Rector) held the Hollywood Command.
