HVFD Accepting Sealed Bids for 1993 Ford Brush Unit

The Hollywood VFD is pleased to announce we will be accepting sealed bids for the sale of our 1993 Ford F-350 Brush unit.

The truck is 4 Wheel drive and has the Ford 460 gasoline engine with automatic transmission.
Current Odometer 37,210.0

The truck is NOT equipped with AC but the heat and defrost works fine.

Bench seat is in good condition with minor tears.

The vehicle is equipped with a Ramsey 12,000 lb. Winch permanently mounted in the front bumper

A non-skid semi permanently mounted 350 GPM single stage pump operated by 2-cylinder gasoline engine. The UPF water tank capacity is 250 gallons.

This unit is well used and is being sold AS IS. There are no warranties or guarantees expressed or implied.

This unit has been used to fight wildland type brush fires for 27 years, subsequently there is body damage on all 4 sides of this truck to include dents to both front and rear quarter panels, and both front and rear bumpers.

Bids will be accepted until August 5th at 18:00 Hrs.

ONLY Sealed envelope bids with the words “Attn: Brush 7 Bid” on the outside of the envelope will be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS. Additionally, the HVFD reserves the rite to reject any and all bids.
