I stopped by on 6/29/05 at the "New Fire House". I was in the Department from 1985 to 1989. I really enjoyed serving in this outstanding organization when I lived in Hollywood such a long time ago. This department has always shown a deep appreciatoin of its members both past and present. This is reflected by the professional appearance at your firehouse. It was an honor serving with each of you. I hope some day to rejoin this department. Again, I thank all members of this team. Be safe!
This website is a nice website. Iam into firefighter's that what I want to be when I get older! Check out the Taneytown Vol. Fire Co. at tvfc5.org

You guys do a great job and just to comment on what the St. Mary's Today had to say about our local fire dept. they are full of it. The ladder truck was a great investment and atleast we know where our money is going!
Keep safe! and keep up the excellent work.
You guys (and ladies!) go out there and do a terrific job for us every day. Although you may not realize it, every time we hear a siren we thank God that people like you are out there taking care of all of us.
There aren't enough "thank you's".
My husband owns Rick's Cheesesteaks in Wildewood Center and (I think most of you already do) if you aren't aware, all of our local Fire, Rescue and Police eat for $5 any time. Please just let whoever is at the cash register know who you are...it's the least we can do.
Hey yall. I just want to say thank you for all you did for me on June 1st. That accident I had was pretty bad. Yall firefighters were very gentle and took awesome care of me. Just to let you know, I am just bruised up and swollen pretty bad. It was great seeing some familiar faces [Sean]. I really appreciate all yall did and I just want to say thank you so much! I dont know what i would have done without yall. Keep up the awesome work and I'll see yall around on calls.
Love to you all!

I was born in Hollywood and grew up in a house right behind the old fire station. I was happy to run accross your web site! I'm glad to see that Hollywood is a growing and thriving community. It's nice to know that it is well protected by a great group of men and women. You all make me proud to tell people that I come from Hollywood MD.!!!!
I stopped by the station today and was greeted by a very professional group
of guys. Keep up the good work up. Stay safe.
