On Monday 27 January 2020 at approximately 1630 hours, while other Hollywood VFD Station 7 units were mitigating an excavator fire, Station 7 was alerted to Three Notch Rd and Loveville Rd for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Rescue Squad 7, Engine 73, and Chief 7 responded on the incident with 6 Volunteers. Units arrived on the scene to find a rear end style collision with one person trapped. Volunteers from Station 7, Engine 91, and Rescue Squad 2 went to work stabilizing the vehicle and extricating the trapped occupant. The occupant was extricated and turned over to EMS for transport to the hospital. Units cleared the scene at approximately 1715 hours and returned to service. HVFD Fire Chief 7 (Ricky Brady) held the Oakville Command.
