At 1636 hours Station 7, EMS Station 79 and 38 were alerted to the intersection of Three Notch Road and Clarkes Landing Road for a Motor Vehicle Accident. Rescue Squad 7 and Engine 73 responded with 9 Volunteers.

Units arrived on the scene to find a two vehicle "T-Bone" style collision with one occupant trapped. The crew of Rescue Squad 7 stabilized the vehicle and started extrication utilizing the HURST Rescue Tools. The driver's side back door was removed and front door popped to gain access to the occupant.

Ambulance 387 transported one patient to St. Mary's Hospital as a Priority 3. Rescue Squad 7 and Engine 73 cleared the scene and returned to quarters at 1704 hours.
