| At 1346 hours Station 7 was dispatched Mutual Aid to Charles County to fill in with the Engine at Benedict Station 5. Engine 72 responded at dispatch with 4 volunteers. Units from Charles, Calvert, St. Mary's, and Prince Georges County were operating on the scene of a Lumber Yard on fire off of Brandywine Road in Hughesville. At 1348 hours Engine 72 was requested to respond on the Lumber Yard Fire and arrived on the scene a short time later. The crew of Engine 72 assisted with extinguishment and overhaul for several hours before being released. Engine 72 cleared the scene and returned to quarters at 1736 hours.
While Engine 72 operated in Charles County the Station handled a Motor Vehicle Accident with the Squad and Transferred the Truck to Solomon's Station 3 until 2200 hours.
