3rd Year in a Row Hollywood Wins Big at the Southern Maryland Convention APRIL 29 - On Sunday morning over two dozen members loaded up and headed to Cobb Island in Charles County for the Southern Maryland Firemen's Parade. The members had been working for the last month on cleaning and polishing all the apparatus and preparing for the parade. Company Finds Work in Mechanicsville APRIL 09 - At 1748 hours Station 2, Charles Station 2, Station 22, Station 7, Charles Station 5, EMS Station 29, and Charles EMS 2 were dispatched to 28270 Old Village Road in Mechanicsville for a House Fire. Lusby House Fire APRIL 04 - At 1447 hours Station 9 and Station 7 were dispatched to 139 Cove Point Road in Lusby for the House Fire. Engine 72 and Engine 74 responded with 9 volunteers on the call. Units from Solomons arrived on the scene to find a 1 story single family dwelling with fire showing from the "B" side of the House.
